Goals of the instrument:
- Financial support for enterprises related to promoting entrepreneurship and financing the creation of new enterprises as well as the development of existing enterprises at all stages of development (new SMEs in the acceleration and initial stages, including the growth stage) and in various sectors;
- Ensuring continuity with existing market funds for equity and quasi-equity investments with public resources and confirming their results achieved under the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020;
- Improving the entrepreneurial ecosystem and attracting foreign capital investments;
