With funds under the signed Funding Agreement in respect of delivery of local investment advisory services between the Fund of Funds and the European Investment Bank, support is provided for a project for enhanced preparation of Bulgarian initiatives to be implemented through financial instruments.
Today, there are 23 offers opened, received from both legal and natural persons, candidates for inclusion in the pool of external experts attached to Directorate Project Information and Financing within the Fund.
Selected highly qualified national and international experts will be able to directly assist in the development of viable and sustainable projects to be financed with financial instruments.
It is expected that some of the projects will be ready for inclusion in the Investment and Coordination Platform for Urban Development, on which key Bulgarian institutions are working in order to attract additional funding for projects in the country from the European Investment Bank (EIB).
