The Fund of Funds (FoF) met with the Association of Banks in Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association to discuss the financial instruments planned under the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Programme (CIEP) and the Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation Programme (RID4STP) for the 2021-2027 programming period. The purpose of the meetings was to explore the current market needs and discuss the specific objectives of the programmes with the industry associations.
The invitation for the talks came at the initiative of the Directorate General for European Funds for Competitiveness of the Ministry of Innovation and Growth, and the meeting was attended by Ms Desislava Boneva, Deputy Minister of Innovation and Growth, and representatives of the Directorate General for European Funds for Competitiveness at the Ministry.
This is an extremely important initiative that demonstrates the willingness of the Fund of Funds to offer financial instruments best tailored to the requirements of the market by the end of 2027 and to be the partner of choice in this field.
