The Fund of Funds has launched two procedures for selecting financial intermediaries for the management of the Digitalisation Fund and the Entrepreneurship – Venture Capital Fund. Both instruments are supported by the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Programme 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Union.
The public resource under the Digitalisation Fund amounts to EUR 40.2 million, of which EUR 5 million is allocated for grants. The instrument is aimed at supporting enterprises that develop and/or implement technologies, including solutions related to artificial intelligence, digital twins, virtual reality, robotics, autonomous systems and others within stages 3–6 of Industry 4.0.
The maximum amount of a single investment will be up to EUR 5 million. Within the instrument, grants of up to EUR 200,000 may be provided in the form of technical support, such as consultancy services and/or an investment grant for activities in line with the final recipient’s business plan.
The objective is to accelerate the digital transformation of Bulgarian enterprises, enhance their competitiveness and stimulate the adoption of high-technology solutions in the real economy.
The investment period runs until the end of 2030.
Applicants may submit applications under the procedure until 20 April 2026.
